MedX Privacy Policy

This policy covers the MedX customer app and the MedX Pharmacy staff app.

What we collect

• Account details you enter: name, email, password, and (for pharmacy staff) pharmacy name and address.
• Location, when you allow it, so we can show nearby pharmacies and distances.
• Photos you choose, such as a prescription image attached to a request.
• App activity needed to run the service: medicine searches, requests, inventory updates, and notifications.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate MedX: create your account, match you with pharmacies, send and update medicine requests, and notify you about request status.

Sharing

Request details are shared with the pharmacy you selected so they can fulfill the request. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our MedX servers and sent over the network. Keep your password private. You can ask to close your account by contacting us.

Permissions

• Location — nearby pharmacies and distances.
• Camera and photos — prescription images.
• Notifications — request status updates.

You can refuse these permissions; some features will not work.

Children

MedX is not directed at children under 13.
